This special "Gratitude Edition" is being offered at a special suggested retail price of $65.00 (retail value of $165.00) and will be limited to orders received by April 22nd, 2009.  April 22, 2009 is Earth Day and to us signifies Robert Bateman's and our historic commitment to our environment and the beautiful planet Earth.  Historically speaking, Robert Bateman, Mill Pond Press, and Nature's Scene were committed to education and fundraising for environmental concerns before the main stream media was even whispering about it.  As a company, Mill Pond Press instituted a recycling program before our county even had one.   Robert Bateman, Mill Pond Press and Nature's Scene were "green" before "green" was in!

Throughout our history, in partnership with organizations, galleries, our artists and our loyal customers, we have generated over 30 million dollars in donations to worthy environmental, conservation, and humanitarian causes through the purchase and sale  of art.  The special price on this piece is our thank-you, to you, for taking this journey with us.
